cute staffexcessive waitdisorganized restaurant
The staff was cute, and the room was clean upon arrival.
The breakfast experience was a letdown. I waited an excessive amount of time to be seated and then had to call a waiter to take my order (it reminded me of I was adding to his burden). I had to ask for coffee twice, and it arrived only after another ten minutes. (I have the feeling nobody cares) Your restaurant looked disorganized, with the waiting staff seemingly unable to manage everything.

some issues noted during stay

staff proactivenesslimited offering
I found some aspects of my stay less than satisfactory. the staff exhibited a lack of proactiveness at check-in (i was expecting a bit more engagement). the complimentary products in the room seemed somewhat limited. I would have expected a better offering given the room rate. the rooftop bar was closed, disappointing.
